COPENHELL – A CITY FESTIVAL
Copenhell is a full blown city festival in the heart of Copenhagen, Denmark. From the city centre it´s a mere 10 minute bike ride to the festival site – thus making COPENHELL the only European metalfest to take place in the centre of a major city. A great majority of the festival goers therefore spend the night at hostels and hotels close to the festival. Should you wish to camp close to the stages you can buy a custom COPENHELL tent for you to take home after the festival ends.
METAL ON METAL
COPENHELL is annually held at the old B&W Shipyard at Refshaleøen in Copenhagen – A place where ships and powerful dielsen engines were manufactured for centuries. The monumental concrete halls tell tales of the 8000 men doing backbreaking hard work up until 1996 where the shipyard closed down. Today, there is a different type of metal in the works. Its still hot as hell, heavy and unstoppable as a supertanker in distress, and like back then the site is now brought to life by flames, noise-infernos and the passion of thousands of dedicated metal heads.

COPENHELL - городской фестиваль
COPENHELL является полномасштабным городским фестивалем в самом центре Копенгагена, Дания. От центра города всего лишь 10 минут езды на велосипеде.
COPENHELL единственный европейский металл-фестиваль, занимающий место в центре крупного города. Большинство посетителей могут провести ночь в хостелах и гостиницах, поблизости к фестивалю. Если вы хотите находиться максимально близко к месту проведения фестиваля, вы можете купить на заказ палатку COPENHELL и забрать ее домой после окончания фестиваля.

COPENHELL проводится ежегодно в старой верфи в Копенгагене - это место, где на протяжении многих веков изготавливались корабли и мощные двигатели для них, вплоть до 1996 года
Теперь в этом месте живет другой тип металла. Тут по-прежнему жарко, как в аду, и сейчас, как в давние времена, горит пламя, адски шумно и тысячи преданных металлистов.

COPENHELL is not just an overload of good metal music. Speacially designed hangouts, wild siteshows, swords, coffins, live metal karaoke, berserkerland, fire, metal-dj´s, skulls, the wildest Biergarten-party on the continent, art, merchant streets and much more. COPENHELL is a haven for dedicated headbangers and rock fans from all over.
FOOD
It takes a fair share of energy joshing to your favorite bands all day. Therefore festival goes can always eat at reasonable prices around the site. There is a wide selections of food wall over the festival – weather yore carnivore, vegetation or vegan. It is not allowed to bring your own food to the festival.
