PTSD (it stands for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) was formed in 2005. The musical spirit and the passion for all kind of music generate this interesting union full of originality and a lot of interesting idea and the first effort is "Burepolom", the band’s debut album. Thanks to this PTSD signs a deal with MY KINGDOM MUSIC and on September 2008 the album sees the light worldwidely.
Soon after the band tours in Europe with EVER GREY and immediately they start to work on the new album. First of all the band reaches a great deal with one of the best drummer in the world MARCO MINNEMANN (with Kreator, Necrophagist, Ephel Duath, Joe Satriani) who recorded the drums parts for the full length. Then the band decides to contact one of the greatest producer and engineer of the world JIM CARUANA (2 Grammies for Beyonce's hits “B Day” and “I Am Sasha Fierce” and winner of the Golden Globe and Academy Award for Top Gun theme “Take My Breath Away”, besides producer for mainstream stars like Aerosmith, Lenny Kravitz, Black Eyed Peas), who mixed and mastered the album, as well as Colin Marks for the artwork (Strapping Young Lad, Exodus, Suicide Silence, Nevermore).
At the end “A Sense Of Decay” is reality and it’s ready to be released on May 20th 2013 via My Kingdom Music.
The album "A Sense Of Decay" contains 12 songs for about 60 minutes of passionate and introspective but at the same time aggressive and articulated Alternative Metal including a remix by Forgotten Sunrise and a cover of the ANASTACIA's anthem "Heavy On My Heart".
