Formed as TSM (Their Satanic Majesty) in January 1986. Changed name to Devastation in October the same year. (Also went by the name Devastator for a little while.) Brothers and core members Alex and Chriss kept the band going until Spring 1990, when they split up the band only to reform as Hatröss soon after. Alex reformed Devastation in 2007. In December 2020, the band changed name to Devastation A.D. due to legal reasons.
